Basic from £28,000 per annum + commission

About the Role

We are seeking a driven and dynamic Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a strong sales professional who thrives on building relationships, hitting targets, and achieving results. If you’re currently working in estate agency, car sales, or another fast-paced sales environment and are looking for a fresh challenge, recruitment could be the perfect next step and we dont work weekends!

Key Responsibilities

* Developing and maintaining relationships with schools and candidates

* Driving new business opportunities and increasing market share

* Managing the full recruitment cycle from prospecting to placement

* Meeting and exceeding sales targets with a proactive approach

* Acting as a trusted advisor to clients and candidates alike

Skills & Experience

* Proven track record in sales, business development, or account management

* Excellent communication and negotiation skills

* Resilient, ambitious, and target-driven mindset

* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

* Background in estate agency, car sales, or similar industries is highly desirable
