The UK team works closely with customers across the agricultural and food‑processing sectors, representing a well‑respected global brand with a strong reputation for engineering quality, service and long‑term customer relationships.

As a Trainee Salesperson, you will be trained from the ground up to become a successful technical sales professional. You’ll learn how to:

• Understand customer operations and identify their needs
• Represent a range of engineered equipment and full processing solutions
• Build relationships with growers, packhouses and processors
• Support experienced sales colleagues on customer visits, demonstrations and projects
• Develop commercial awareness and negotiation skills

This is a structured role designed to give you real responsibility, real support and a clear development path.

You will receive a comprehensive and structured training programme, including:

• Product and application training covering Wyma’s equipment and solutions
• Sales skills development and mentoring from experienced professionals
