Working across Industrial, Driving, Office & Professional, and other fast-paced sectors, this is a role for someone who thrives on networking, winning new business, and making things happen.

If you’ve got recruitment sales or business development experience and enjoy a role where no two days are the same, you’ll fit right in.

What You’ll Be Doing

* Hunting down and developing new business opportunities

* Building strong, long-lasting client relationships

* Promoting temporary labour solutions across Industrial, Driving, Office & Professional, and other fast-paced sectors

* Getting out and about for client meetings, sales visits, and networking events

* Managing and growing existing accounts

* Negotiating rates and service agreements

* Working closely with the recruitment team to deliver top-quality service

* Hitting targets and helping drive company growth

What They Are Looking For

* Previous experience in recruitment, sales, or business development

* A confident communicator who loves building relationships

* Professional and outgoing approach on the phone and face-to-face

* Self-motivated with strong organisation skills

* Someone who can work independently but also enjoys being part of a team

* Full UK driving licence required and access to a car
