Position: Warehouse Picker and Packer (Temporary)

Pickers and Packers – Norwich

Select Recruitment is currently recruiting Pickers and Packers for one of our valued clients based in Norwich. This is a great opportunity to secure a steady warehouse role within a busy and supportive environment.

Start Dates:
Between 2nd March – 9th March 2026
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour
Contract Type:
Seasonal (approximately 2–3 months) with potential for long-term opportunities for the right candidates

Working Hours:

14:00 – 22:00 Monday to Friday

Key Duties:

Insert and collate products by hand according to order specifications
Manually bag, scan and pick items to complete orders efficiently
Maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
Load and unload boxes and products
Follow all company policies and health & safety guidelines within the fulfilment area

Working Hours:

During training, you may be required to work 08:00 – 16:00 (day shift)
Once training is complete, you will move to the afternoon shift: 14:00 – 22:00, Monday to Friday
We are looking for reliable, hardworking individuals with previous picking and packing experience who are committed to working all required shifts and maintaining high standards.
