About the RolePURPOSE:
The Project Assistant will support the Project Manager to coordinate all activities relating to the International Severe Asthma Registry. This will involve all administrative, scheduling and documentation responsibilities, liaising with all internal and external stakeholders as required.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Project Manager in coordinating project activities in line with agreed project plans and protocols.
Review and complete project reports and documentation, ensuring project records are up to date and accurate
Provide regular pro ject updates to the management team and external stakeholders
Assist in in the preparation and coordination of events and conferences, including communications, tracking attendance and distributing post-conference materials.
Work closely with key stakeholders and research partners ensuring p rofessional and timely communication through verbal and written contact.
Qualifications
A Level qualifications or equivalent.
Experience and Skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience of communicating complex information to professional stakeholders
Excellent organisational and time management skills, ability to work under pressure.
High attention to detail, and ability to work on own initiative.
The ability to work with others and contribute to a strong team ethic.
Computer literate, comfortable using Office 365 suite and other project management software
Experience with in the healthcare and/or research sector.
