** Priority Ford Norfolk is looking for a skilled and motivated Used Car Technician to join our high-performing service team. If you enjoy diagnosing, repairing, and reconditioning vehicles to top-quality standards—and want steady work in a fast-paced dealership environment—this is the role for you.##

* What You’ll Do:

*** Inspect, diagnose, and repair used vehicles prior to retail sale
* Perform reconditioning, maintenance, and mechanical repairs efficiently
* Complete work accurately and in a timely manner to meet production goals
* Communicate findings clearly with service advisors and management
* Follow all safety procedures and manufacturer guidelines##

* What We’re Looking For:

*** Previous automotive technician experience (used car or reconditioning preferred)
* Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
* Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
* ASE certifications a plus (not required)###
