Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or finance required.
• 2 years supervisory experience required.
• 8 years in accounting and finance required.
• Healthcare valuation and/or CFA/CVA experience preferred.

Expectations for this Role:

Sentara Health seeks a Director, Finance Business Development. This role manages care delivery system-wide, requiring strong business acumen, knowledge of fair market value, and healthcare regulatory requirements. Reporting to the SVP of Finance, it is a highly technical position.
