ADP is hiring a Procurement Analyst - Vendor Assurance
Responsible for performing duties supporting sourcing activities for various projects and categories. This position will assist in the administration of the ADP Vendor Assurance program and database. Works closely with third‑party vendors and ADP associates in Procurement, Global Security, Global Compliance, Global Privacy, Accounts Payable and various other stakeholders involved in the process.
Responsibilities- Responsible for completing and reviewing risk reviews for a portfolio of vendors. This includes initiating, facilitating and resolving issues to complete a risk assessment that involves interaction with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Responsible for updating the database and educating Procurement and other ADP associates on how to navigate and input information.
- Review and analyze a variety of purchasing‑system reports, prepare statistical data, and compile results.
- Identify improvements in current reporting processes or systems and suggest new ideas to streamline and reduce non‑value‑added time and activities.
- Provide functional and technical application support to ensure that the system continues to operate as per design specifications.
- Assist and support the team in identifying and implementing process enhancements for program and database maintenance.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in business or the equivalent in education and experience.
- 1–3 years of related experience.
Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:
- Advanced MS Office skills required.
- Demonstrated flexibility and tolerance of changing business environments.
- Oral, written, analytical and presentation skills.
- Ability to interact with all levels of internal clients and understand their needs.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and be a self‑starter.
- Demonstrated understanding and application of procurement and e‑procurement marketplace.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Analytical skills with knowledge of Excel/database management.
