Opportunity
Senior Logistics Analyst providing support/services to United States Fleet Forces Command (USFFC) N41 under the Naval Forces Logistics (NFL) II contract at NSA Hampton Roads.
Responsibilities- Develop technical use cases and user stories in support of Naval Operational Supply System (NOSS), software development under ERP+.
- Review detail level requirements for future logistics systems.
- Provide subject matter expert support to process review conferences.
- Provide analysis support to USFFC Staff for all in-service ashore and afloat logistics information system analysis.
- Develop solutions and provide recommendations for system enhancement and migration.
- Prepare presentations and conduct briefings with military and civil service personnel at various levels.
- Participate in events of the NOSS/ERP+ Software development Life Cycle.
- DOD Secret clearance – Must be Current.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related business discipline.
- Minimum eight years of experience in combination of Navy logistics and Navy logistics Automated Information Systems (AIS) management.
- Knowledge of Navy supply chain management principles and practices.
- In‑depth experience in the use of Relational Supply (RSUPPLY), Optimized Intermediate Activity – Naval Aviation Logistics Command Management Information System (OIMA‑NALCOMIS), Food Service Management (FSM), Ordnance Information System – Wholesale (OIS‑W), Ordnance Information System Retail (OIS‑R) and ERP.
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to learn current work products and flows.
- Experience in one or more of the following logistics areas of expertise – Ordnance, Food Service Management and/or Retail Sales Operations.
- Working knowledge of current and future Naval Logistics Concept of Operations.

Pay RangeThe proposed salary range for this position is: $61,600 – $129,300.
