Plumbing Superintendent (Interior/Exterior, Site Work) – Healthcare

A full‑time Construction Plumbing Superintendent will lead plumbing projects for a large‑scale ambulatory care center and dental clinic. The role begins stateside at Naval Base Kings Bay, Georgia and includes mobilization to Guantanamo Bay, Cuba in summer 2026. Relocation to Guantanamo Bay, Cuba is required, along with a valid passport and in‑depth background screening.

• Oversee and coordinate all plumbing and mechanical construction activities on project sites.
• Guide and manage assigned crews and subcontractors to ensure high‑quality, timely completion of projects.
• Enforce safety standards, quality controls, and budget constraints.

• Maintain project documentation, progress reports, and communication with project stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with medical facilities codes and relevant plumbing regulations.

• High school diploma or GED; construction or plumbing trade education preferred.
• Ability to obtain or hold a Class A Wastewater and Class B Drinking Water License.
• Ability to obtain or hold a Med Gas Certification and familiarity with NFPA 99 (Health Care Facilities Code).
• Knowledge of IPC and ICC codes.
• Five or more years of experience as a Plumbing/Mechanical Superintendent on projects with plumbing scopes of at least $1,000,000.
• Three or more years (or equivalent) field or trade experience with pressurized mechanical & plumbing systems; government, military, or large commercial construction experience preferred.
• Master plumbing license preferred.
• Computer literacy (Outlook); training can be provided.
• CPR, First Aid, OSHA 30‑hour Certifications, EM‑385, and STS required; training can be provided.
