- Four-year engineering or construction management degree or equivalent technical training and/or related experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of heavy civil/infrastructure/transportation construction project management in the field, with at least 5 years of industry experience.
- Knowledge of construction technology, equipment, methods; supervision, estimating, scheduling, budgeting, and safety.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and supervisory skills.
- Requires significant independent judgment.
- Willingness to travel.
