We are looking for Project Engineers (PE) to join our Field Operations team. The project jobsite is located in Norfolk, Virginia. The PE provides support for all assigned activities and phases of a commercial construction project from conceptual development to final completion, administering, organizing, planning, scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring processes. At large projects, certain project management responsibilities may be delegated to the PE based on experience and knowledge.

Required relocation to the on-site project management location; local candidates will be considered.

Pay: $65,000 - $80,000 per year.

Responsibilities

Provide support for all phases of the construction project, administer site operations, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure schedule, budget, and quality objectives are met.

Qualifications

• A BA/BS degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field. Equivalent work experience and training may be considered.
• Computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Outlook, Internet, etc.) required.
• Specific software literacy (Primavera 3/6, Viewpoint, BIM, Revit) preferred.
• CPR, First Aid, and OSHA 30-hour Certifications required; training can be provided.
• LEED GA credential desirable.
• QCM certificate desirable.

Legal and Background Requirements

All candidates considered for hire must provide evidence of identity and U.S. work authorization at the time of hire. Additionally, all candidates must successfully pass a drug screening and commercial criminal background check, including a stricter Department of Defense background check, for access to the job site at a military base (if applicable).
