Job Summary
As a Case Manager, you'll oversee customer accounts, manage service requests, and ensure timely resolution of issues. You'll work closely with technicians, customer service teams, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality pest control services and maintain strong customer relationships.
Responsibilities- Manage customer accounts and service requests efficiently.
- Communicate with customers regarding service schedules, issues, and resolutions.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Oversee service cases from initiation to resolution.
- Coordinate with technicians and other teams for timely service delivery.
- Resolve customer complaints and elevate issues as needed.
- Schedule and manage service appointments.
- Ensure technicians have necessary information and resources.
- Track service progress and outcomes.
- Monitor service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Work with customer service, operations, and sales teams.
- Communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders.
