Partners in Dental Health is looking for a Temporary Dental Hygienist to assist our close-knit team! Whether you are looking to fill gaps in your current schedule or just want the freedom of temping without the corporate feel, we’d love to meet you.

• Job Type: Temporary / PRN
• Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (No nights!)
• Schedule: Flexible—tell us what times you are available, and let's make it work!

We are a community-focused office that combines a warm, small-practice feel with modern dentistry. We aren't just about teeth; we are about people. We treat our team like family, and we are looking for a temp who brings a positive attitude and compassionate care to our patients.

• Clinical Care: Perform thorough cleanings (prophy, scaling, root planing) and apply preventive agents (fluoride/sealants).
• Diagnostics: Take dental X-rays and screen for oral health issues/periodontal disease.
• Education: Chat with patients about their oral hygiene and nutrition (we value building relationships, even if you’re just here for the day!).
• Team Support: Assist with sterilization, setting up rooms, and maintaining accurate patient records (HIPAA compliant).

• License: Must have a valid Virginia Hygiene License.
• Experience: We welcome both seasoned veterans and recent graduates who are confident in their clinical skills.
• Attitude: Positive, proactive, and patient-focused. We want someone who can jump in with a smile!
