WE’RE GROWING — AND WE WANT YOU TO GROW WITH US! Dental Hygienist | Monday–Thursday | Flexible Schedule | Sign-On Bonus
Let’s be honest — you have options. Great hygienists are in high demand, and we know you’re not just looking for another job. You’re looking for a practice where you feel valued, supported, respected, and excited to come to work.
Vibrant Smile Dentistry is growing, and we’re looking for the right hygienist to grow with us.
We are a team-oriented, modern, patient-focused practice that believes dentistry should be more than just checking boxes. We’re building something special, and we want a dedicated team member who wants to be part of that journey.
WHY JOIN USMonday–Thursday Schedule Enjoy a consistent four-day workweek with flexibility as we build the schedule around the right person. Friday's are an option if the extra hours is something that the right team member would need!
SIGN-ON BONUS We believe great hygienists are worth investing in — and we’re excited to offer a sign-on bonus to the right candidate. The sign on bonus will be range depending on experience.
YOU’RE PART OF THE TEAM We don't want someone who simply comes in, sees patients, and leaves. We want a hygienist who wants to contribute ideas, collaborate with the team, build relationships with patients, and help us continue growing. We believe that when the team has a say in decisions that are being made, they are a happier team. We want to hear our teams thoughts and opinions!
JOIN US WHILE WE GROW This is an exciting time at Vibrant Smile Dentistry. We are expanding, evolving, and continuing to bring new opportunities and services to our patients. You’ll have the opportunity to grow alongside the practice rather than stepping into a practice that has already reached its ceiling. This gives the right candidate the opportunity to help mold the practice into what YOU would love for it to be!
PATIENT CARE MATTERS HERE We want our patients to feel heard, educated, and genuinely cared for. If you’re passionate about helping patients understand their oral health and building long-term relationships, you’ll fit right in. We believe that our hygienist are "Preventative Therapist", you are not just "polishing" the patients teeth. You will have 60 minute appointments for recare's, 70-90 minutes for new patients & 90 minutes for SRP.
We do not believe in 45 minute recall appointments for adults!
A MODERN, FORWARD-THINKING PRACTICE We’re not your traditional dental office. We’re constantly looking for ways to improve the patient experience, support our team, and grow as a practice.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FORWe’re looking for a hygienist who is:
- Passionate about patient care
- Reliable and dependable
- Positive and team-oriented
- Confident communicating with patients
- Interested in building genuine patient relationships
- Open to growing and learning with the practice
- Someone who wants to be part of a team — not just work alongside one
THIS COULD BE YOUR NEXT HOME.
If you’re a hygienist who is tired of feeling like just another provider on the schedule and wants to join a practice where your work, ideas, and personality are valued
, we want to meet you.
Come grow with Vibrant Smile Dentistry.
