Associate Optometrist – Norfolk, VA (Navy Exchange Norfolk – next to Pearle Vision)

We are looking for an Associate Optometrist to join the Pearle Vision practice located at Navy Exchange Norfolk, right next to Pearle Vision. This position is part-time and works under a Subleasing Optometrist arrangement.

As an Independent Doctor of Optometry affiliated with Pearle Vision (Luxottica) you will:

• Work within the practice of a Pearle Vision Subleasing Optometrist as an employee or contracted doctor.
• Provide high quality optometric care and service to patients.
• Maintain patient records using the automated online appointment book and recall system.
• Collaborate with the Subleasing Doctor and Pearle Vision optical team.
• Adhere to professional standards and practice guidelines.

• Professional autonomy to care for patients.
• Full scope of practice predicated only on your professional discretion and agreement with the Subleasing Doctor (no company imposed restrictions or quotas to meet).
• Flexible scheduling available including part-time commitments or the option to add work to an existing practice schedule.
• Work in a fully furnished office with a full suite of OD equipment.
• Automated online appointment book and patient recall system.
