** Position Highlights:
*** Employed Position with Sentara Medical Group.
* General GI and/or Advanced GI.
* Strong referral base with quick ramp-up, and physician marketing support to assist in building your practice.
Compensation and Benefit Highlights:
* General GI Clinical Base Salary - $610,000/year plus wRVU Productivity Compensation.
* Advanced GI Clinical Base Salary - $630,000/year w/RVU Productivity Compensation.
* Quality Performance Incentives - $24,500/year.
* Generous Sign-on/Commencement and Retention Bonus.
* Annual CME Allowance - $7,500.
* Paid Malpractice with tail insurance
* Comprehensive Benefits Package with medical, dental, vision, short term/long term disability, and retirement plans with matching contribution.
