Kempsville Center for Behavioral Health in Norfolk, VA is seeking a qualified Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist to join our dedicated team. This position offers weekend call coverage, providing inpatient and residential treatment care for children and adolescents with psychiatric needs.
Position Highlights- Weekend call coverage schedule
- Independent contractor opportunity with hourly, weekend, or service-based pay models
- Work with Child and Adolescent inpatient and residential patients
- Competitive compensation package available
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry
- Active, unrestricted Virginia medical license or ability to obtain one
- Minimum of five to six years of training and experience in psychiatry
- Meets all credentialing requirements for participating physicians
