Join Our Elite Team as an Aircrew Training Devices Instructor!

• Lead scheduled instructor-led training sessions for Aircrew Training Devices (ATDs) and Systems Training, utilizing cutting-edge tools including interactive white boards, computers, and video projectors.
• Guide and evaluate E-2 crew-member students through mission scenario simulations and ground-based curriculum.
• Provide expert classroom instruction—develop lesson plans, tests, trainee guides, and offer actionable recommendations to enhance curriculum and training programs.
• Conduct thorough briefings, debriefings, and performance assessments to ensure students meet established standards.
• Assist with the testing and evaluation of training devices in support of new weapon systems and Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs).
• Deliver academic instruction in Crew Resource Management (CRM), Instrument Ground School (IGS), and support self-paced Computer Aided Instruction (CAI) and Computer Based Training (CBT).
• Participate in training device inspections, certification programs, mishap recreation/testing, and special projects.
• Support authorized and scheduled tours as needed.

• U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance.
• E-2 NATOPS Qualified NFO or former E-2 Simulator Instructor NFO within the last five years.
• Demonstrated mastery of E-2 mission, crew procedures, air intercept control tactics, and threat/system tactics.
• Minimum of one Fleet tour and 800 flying hours in E-2 aircraft.
• Holder of a Bachelor’s degree.
• No history of punitive actions resulting in termination of flight status.
