Salary Range
💰 $65,000 – $150,000 per year (depending on role and experience)

About the Role
We are hiring engineering professionals across Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Project Management disciplines to support ongoing and upcoming projects in Norfolk, VA, Charlottesville, VA and Baltimore, MD
. These roles involve working on large-scale building, utility, and industrial/manufacturing projects, ranging from detailed system design to full project lifecycle management.
Depending on experience and specialization, candidates may contribute as design engineers, senior engineers, project engineers, or project managers within multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and engineer mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and power distribution systems
• Lead or support projects from concept, design, and documentation through construction and commissioning
• Prepare and review engineering drawings, specifications, cost estimates, and technical reports
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, regulatory agencies, and internal project teams
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and designers
• Participate in bidding, construction administration, and site visits
• Ensure compliance with industry codes, safety standards, and QA/QC procedures
• Support industrial and manufacturing facility projects as required

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related discipline) from an ABET‑accredited institution
• 2–10+ years of relevant engineering or project management experience
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required or preferred for senior‑level and project management roles
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, REVIT, Plant3D, ETAP/SKM, or similar tools (based on discipline)
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to work on‑site and travel to project locations as needed
• U.S. citizenship or permanent residency required
