- BS in Civil/Structural Engineering or equivalent
- PE or ability to obtain within 12 months
- Structural Precast Concrete Experience required in marine, transportation or heavy construction environments
- 3-8 years experience in precast concrete or a heavy construction environment
- Perform structural design and analysis calculations for concrete and steel structures utilizing the appropriate design codes and standards.
- Ability to read Architectural and Structural drawings, with the ability to convert CIP to precast for a variety of precast products.
- Interfaces with project design team contractors, architects, and engineers to resolve issues and maintain schedules.
- Draft/Check/Layout projects and detail any product components or erection drawings
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects and work with drafting personnel AutoCAD Proficiency, 2D experience with 3D knowledge
- Use and knowledge of MS office.
- Should excel at problem solving and be detailed oriented
- Self starter, motivated, as well as being able to work alone or on a team
- Must be fluent and articulate in the English language as well as being able to write procedures and specifications.
