As a Production Runner in the production department, you will be responsible for driving vehicles (rented or personal) for the tour on show dates. The role pays an hourly wage of $28.13. For part-time roles: benefits include a 401(k) savings plan and 401(k) matching. This is an evergreen role with ongoing applications and no Final date to receive applications.

Chartway Arena is a 9,100-seat multi-purpose arena located on the campus of Old Dominion University. Operated by OVG
360 since it opened in 2002, Chartway Arena hosts Old Dominion Monarch Men’s and Women’s basketball, concerts, family shows, and other attractions for the Hampton Roads area.

• Transportation of crew to and from airports, shuttles to hotels before, during, and after shows.
• Purchasing various products/materials required by the tour at local stores (e.g., Home Depot, Lowes, Target, Walmart, Whole Foods, Guitar Center).
• Facilitating crew meal orders with local restaurants after shows.
• Coordinating laundry pickups with the tour.
• Various on-site duties at the venue (signage, catering assistant, chef assistant, etc.).

• Must pass a background check
• Must possess a valid Driver’s License and provide a copy of your DMV record
• Able to stand, sit, and walk for long periods
• Familiar with the local area and store locations is a plus
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Must possess superior interpersonal communication and organizational skills
• High School Diploma
