Perform routine maintenance and repair on gaming machines, equipment, and hardware under supervision;
Perform common floor calls without supervision and work towards competency and proficiency;
Repair and diagnose machine faults;
Isolate electronic faults at board level;
Maintain a working knowledge of new slot products/equipment.
