• Review residential real estate appraisals to determine sufficient value is established to secure associated mortgage loans.
• Review appraisal reports to determine compliance with all agency and regulatory guidelines as well as investor overlays and Towne Bank requirements.
• Review condominium and PUD project documentation to determine compliance with agency and investor requirements for approving and certifying lender representations and warranties.
• Complete all necessary forms to comply with regulatory, investor, bank and agency guidelines.
• Record appropriate data and status into processing system.
• Mentor and support processors.
• Support Originators as a resource for questions.
• Other duties as needed.
• Obey all applicable federal laws, rules, and regulations relating to Anti‑Money Laundering (AML) including the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA).

• 2+ years of recent collateral underwriting experience
• Strong knowledge of Conventional, FHA, VA & USDA guidelines
• Experience with appraisals and/or condo/PUD review (we’ll train in the other!)
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and great at juggling priorities

• VA SAR and/or FHA DE authority (CHUMS)
• Experience in both appraisal and condo review
