We are searching for the best talent to support clients in Norfolk VA or Newport News VA.

Our cardiovascular team develops leading solutions for heart recovery, electrophysiology, and stroke, and you will help patients on their journey to wellness.

• Promote & sell Impella® product line to established customers (physicians and heart teams including interventional cardiologists, cardiac surgeons, and administrators).
• Identify new customers (physicians and hospitals) and lead efforts in activating new centers.
• Create account/territory business plans and build programs.
• Exceed sales targets for the assigned territory.
• Initiate Impella® development activities focused on increasing market awareness.
• Lead clinical teams whose expertise drives Impella® adoption in the territory.

• Minimum of 3+ years of sales experience with 2+ years in cardiovascular medical‑device sales.
• Minimum of 10+ years of sales experience with 5+ years in cardiovascular medical‑device sales (Area Manager requirement).
• Proven track record of selling into a Cath Lab or surgical suite.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve quotas.
• Strong knowledge of interventional cardiology.
• Direct patient support experience.
• Availability for emergent patient care.
• Drive patient outcomes.
• Ability to travel up to 50% overnight.
• Conduct duties in accordance with all state and federal laws governing the medical device industry.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or 7 years of cardiology industry experience.
• Experience selling within the assigned geography.
• Established relationships/network of interventional cardiologists and Cath Lab staff in the posted territory.
• Proven track record of technology adoption and market development.
