A community-focused women's organization in Norfolk, VA seeks a part-time Crisis Services Specialist. This role involves providing crisis intervention counseling and support services to clients affected by trauma. Must have 60 hours of higher education in a human services field and demonstrate strong skills in advocacy and interpersonal violence knowledge. Additional training will be provided, and candidates must be able to work night shifts from 10pm to 6am.
