At Alight Behavioral Therapy, we provide personalized, in-home ABA therapy and autism evaluations, all designed to help children on the autism spectrum reach their full potential.

About the Role:

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will play a vital role in our team, providing in-person therapy sessions to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Your expertise will help patients develop essential skills, behaviors, and strategies to overcome challenges and thrive in their daily lives. You will collaborate with our multidisciplinary team, including behavior analysts, therapists, and educators, to create personalized treatment plans that cater to each patient's unique needs.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct in-person ABA therapy sessions, assessing and addressing behavioral challenges in individuals with ASD
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, incorporating principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Positive Behavioral Supports (PBS)
  • Collaborate with the treatment team to monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and provide guidance to families and caregivers
  • Conduct assessments, data collection, and data analysis to inform treatment decisions
  • Participate in regular team meetings, sharing knowledge and expertise to drive continuous improvement and best practices
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress, treatment plans, and services provided
Requirements:
  • Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
  • Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and/or developmental disabilities
  • Strong understanding of evidence-based ABA principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
