Patient Safety Partner — Hospital ; Day Shifts
Sentara Leigh Hospital in Norfolk, VA is seeking a Safety Partner for part-time day shifts (6am–6pm). The role covers multiple units (Med Surg, ICU, ED) with unit assignments each shift to maintain patient safety.
The Safety Partner will help provide a safe environment for patients at risk of suicide, falls, wandering or self-harm, and will participate in required training including BLS and de-escalation within specified time frames.
