Sentara Medical Group is seeking a Director of Operations I for Gastroenterology and Urology to oversee four practice locations in Norfolk, Newport News, and Elizabeth City. The role will lead three Practice Managers and drive growth of GI, Urology, and endoscopy services.
The Director will manage daily operations, staffing, patient access, scheduling, provider support, quality, budgeting, regulatory compliance, and performance, with regular weekly travel between sites.
