Mammography Technologist

Sentara Norfolk General hospital is hiring for a FLEXI Mammography Technologist.

Shift:This is a flexi position based out of Sentara Norfolk General Hospital and its satellite location at Sentara Fort Norfolk. Normal business hours Monday-Friday are  and Saturdays, . We are looking for an energetic individual who enjoys a fast-paced environment and is comfortable working independently.

Perform and analyze all diagnostic and interventional Mammography Procedures. Perform all quality control and quality assurance standards as prescribed by all state, federal, and local agencies. Provide the best patient care and practice radiation safety standards at all times.

Trade School Graduate
- Radiologic Technology

Required:

ARRT registry in Mammography, ARRT registry in Radiography, Basic Life Support. ARRT Registered or Registry eligible graduate in lieu of ARRT, must obtain registry within 90 days of hire.

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $39.51 - $58.51 hourly. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, on-call pay, overtime, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs.
