Night Audit - Full Time

Join as a Night Audit to assist guests with check-in/check-out, handle all phone calls, and process special requests following standard policies and procedures. Resolve guest challenges and ensure guest satisfaction. Responsible for auditing all charges, correcting work as needed, reconciling daily activity, and closing all accounts for the new day. Prepare daily reports and distribute morning reports.
Physically, this role requires lifting/transporting at least 25 pounds, pushing/pulling carts and other equipment up to 100 pounds, and standing for up to 8 hours in various temperature and noise conditions across front office and hotel areas.
Preferred Qualifications- Education:
High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent. - Related
Work Experience:
Minimum of 1 year as a Guest Service Agent is preferred. - Supervisory

None. - Salary: $15.00 per hour.
