Human Resources Shared Services Director
** Key Role:
** Oversee HR Administration service offerings and lead an end-to-end ‘hire to retire’ solution for highly transactional and repeatable activities that touch the employee. Optimize processes and lead a team to improve employee experience and support the organization's strategic goals. Develop and execute a shared services strategy aligned with organizational objectives, driving continuous HR process improvement, and standardization. Lead and mentor an HR team, focusing on performance management, training, and service standards.

Identify opportunities for AI, automation, and efficiency gains in HR processes. Collaborate with HR Business Partners and leaders to ensure alignment and effective communication, ensuring compliance with employment laws and data protection regulations. Develop and monitor key performance indicators, using data analytics to guide decision-making and process improvements. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

* Basic Qualifications:

*** 12+ years of experience managing or leading HR teams, including progressive HR leadership
* 3+ years of experience in a shared services environmentleading cross-functional teams
* Experience with managing a Payroll service offering
* Experience in process management, optimization, and continuous improvement methodologies
* Experience spearheading major transformation and restructuring initiatives
* Knowledge of Help Desk and shared service technology procedures and best practices
* Ability to manage teams, clients, stakeholders, and workflow in a shared services environment
* Ability to build strong relationships with COE partners and the business sectors to improve delivery
* Ability to address performance issues through key performance metrics and technical efficiency
* Bachelor's degree

* Additional Qualifications:

*** Experience with HR technology and tools such as Workday and Service Now
* Experience with applying detailed focus on data and process to ensure data integrity
* Ability to understand technical data flows across multiple systems
* Ability to lead through others and develop strong leaders
* Possession of excellent written and verbal communication skills across multiple formats, including formal presentations, meetings, conference calls, and emails
* Master's degree in HR or Business Administration
