Contract: VANGARD, IFIB-ACT-SACT-26-01 (base 2026 with option years through 2030)
Advance Joint Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance (JISR), Targeting, and Synchronization of Effects so commanders and staffs can understand the operating environment and align targets, fires, and effects across domains and operating areas.
What you’ll do- Lead/support JISR & Targeting requirements, concepts, experiments/trials, and interoperability/dependency verification across Allied/national stakeholders.
- Produce high‑quality, firm‑fixed‑price deliverables under Task Orders; iterate rapidly in VANGARD’s Just‑in‑Time (JIT) model.
- Coordinate with ACO, NCI Agency, and HQ SACT branches/divisions; deliver executive‑ready briefs and documentation.
Hiring Junior, Senior, and Expert performers aligned to Annex E performance levels for deliverables project management.
Minimum qualifications (per IFIB)- Citizenship: Must be a citizen of a NATO member nation.
- Language: English proficiency at STANAG 6001 SLP 3333 (Listening/Speaking/Reading/Writing) or equivalent.
- Clearance: Active NATO or National SECRET (or higher).
- Passport: Valid NATO‑nation passport with no travel restrictions to NATO nations.
Contribute to NATO transformation with high‑quality, JIT deliverables integrated with HQ SACT’s workforce and programs.
Details- Type: Full‑time, contingent on award;
Firm‑Fixed‑Price deliverables under Task Orders. - Work location: Primarily off‑site; on‑site at HQ SACT for key meetings and presentations.
