- 3-5+ years of strong hands-on experience in Salesforce development and customization.
- Proven experience developing in Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC), including JavaScript frameworks.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce Flows (Record-Triggered, Screen, Auto-Launched).
- Experience implementing Lightning Record Pages
, Dynamic Forms
, and Lightning App Builder
. - Strong development skills in Apex Triggers
, Lightning Components
, Visualforce Pages
. - Experience in Salesforce administration, including building reports and dashboards
. - Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud
; strong understanding of OOB features. - Ability to explain end-to-end configuration, design, and implementation of completed projects (for senior roles).
- Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and deployment practices
. - Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and integration patterns.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for onsite/offshore stakeholder interaction.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodology.

. - Customize and configure Salesforce using Lightning App Builder
, Dynamic Forms
, and process automation tools
. - Develop and maintain Apex triggers
, batch classes, scheduled jobs, and REST/SOAP APIs. - Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and developers to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
- Build and maintain reports, dashboards
, and other custom Salesforce UI components. - Participate in code reviews
, ensure code quality, and follow Development best practices. - Support integration of Salesforce with third-party systems and internal applications
. - Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases and platform enhancements.
- Work within an Agile/Scrum team, contributing to sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Provide support during UAT, deployment, and post-deployment phases.
