REQ# _033:
Requires experience with Agile practices and methodologies. Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in defense life-cycle (acquisition) support or program management support of C4I systems. Act as Scrum Master/Team Coach for agile teams with interdisciplinary skillsets. The candidate will support 1-2 Agile teams operating under the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) construct and be responsible for hosting Agile Scrum ceremonies. This position will leverage the Atlassian tool suite to track and manage work, remove obstacles to the team’s successful performance, and provide overall guidance and recommendations on SAFe best practices.
Scrum Master Certification or ability to earn certification within 3 months, required. Candidate must be a US citizen with an active SECRET clearance. TS desired.
