Senior Cyber Compliance Support Lead

Job Overview

Tek Synap is seeking a Senior Cyber Compliance Support Lead to oversee compliance inspections, cyber readiness program support, and development of SOPs.

• Conduct cyber readiness visits (35+ ships/year).
• Review compliance with Communications Tasking Orders (CTOs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and DoD/Navy policy.
• Maintain readiness dashboards and Knowledge Management (KM) databases.
• Draft and update cybersecurity SOPs and instructions.

• Bachelor of Art or Bachelor of Science degree (Preferred in Cybersecurity, IT, or related).
• Eight (8) to Ten (10) years experience in compliance inspections and readiness support.
• Proficiency in:
  Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS);
  Enterprise Mission Assurance Support System (eMASS);
  Host Based Security System (HBSS);
  Vulnerability Remediation Asset Manager (VRAM).
• Experience in Navy compliance inspections.
• Strong RMF expertise.
• Clearance:
  Secret.
• 8570 certification: IAM Level III.

• Navy cyber compliance inspections.
• Risk Management Framework (RMF).
• eMASS.
• Information Assurance Vulnerability Management (IAVM)/CTO tracking.
• Policy development.

  Primarily contractor site; frequent meetings in Norfolk, VA; travel to CONUS/OCONUS ship visits as required.
