UST is searching for a Test Lead who will manage test environment readiness, test data strategy, and deployment cycles, working closely with Release teams to ensure smooth test execution windows.

• Define and own the end-to-end Test Strategy and Test Plan, covering functional, integration, system, regression, performance, and UAT readiness.
• Coordinate test activities across multiple cross-functional teams and parallel programs, ensuring full coverage of business processes, integrations, environments, and data dependencies.
• Review, validate, and ensure completeness of test scenarios and end-to-end test cases, including coverage of upstream/downstream applications and external systems.
• Act as the primary on-site point of contact for client stakeholders, including product owners, business SMEs, program leadership, and the UAT team, ensuring alignment on scope, timelines, risks, and acceptance criteria.
• Lead defect triage, prioritization, and resolution coordination across technical teams, system integrators, development squads, and third-party vendors to ensure timely closure.

• B.Tech /B.E /equivalent Degree
• 10+ years of experience with min 5-6 years working as Test lead/manager.
• Skills:
  
  Automation testing, selenium, java, us healthcare, test plan.

Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.

Compensation Range: $90,000-$135,000

Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. They are eligible to participate in the Company's 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching.
