IntroductionThe NATO SACT Demonstration Team is a strategic initiative designed to showcase the transformative power of SACT's cutting-edge technologies and innovative solutions to diverse audiences, including NATO leadership, Nations, International Staff, Military and Civil Institutions, and external stakeholders. The Demo Team employs live demonstrations, simulations, interactive workshops, and digital platforms to communicate SACT's work.
Skills, Knowledge, and Experience Required- A degree in Engineering, IT, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 3 years’ experience in a technical role (engineering, IT, scientific research).
- At least 3 years’ experience in a customer-facing position, preferably in technical solutions or account management.
- At least 2 years’ experience in crafting and executing technical communications and campaigns.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including SMEs, designers, videographers, and PR professionals.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience in managing relationships across all levels.
- Experience with international organizations or military/defense environments.
- Knowledge of AI, virtual and augmented reality technologies.
- Data analysis and reporting skills.
- Knowledge of NATO structures and procedures.
- Multilingual abilities (e.g., French).
- Lead and conduct live product demonstrations, webinars, and online courses for NATO and other audiences, showcasing the features and value of ACT’s solutions.
- Serve as the SME on the technical aspects of the products, providing insights during engagements and evaluations.
- Collaborate with product development and R&D teams to stay updated on new features and improvements.
- Address technical inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions during demos.
- Monitor KPIs related to demonstration success, gather audience feedback, and relay insights for product improvement.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and engagement during demos.
- Track and report on campaign and engagement metrics, providing insights and recommendations.
