Senior Assessment & Authorization (A&A) Support Lead

Tek Synap is seeking a Senior Assessment & Authorization (A&A) Support Lead to lead Assessment & Authorization (A&A) activities in support of MSC’s Risk Management Framework (RMF) compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop RMF artifacts and Authority To Operate (ATO) packages in eMASS.
• Perform site, system, and platform IT validation testing.
• Conduct Mission-Based Cyber Risk Assessments (MBCRAs).
• Coordinate with Navy Security Control Assessor and Navy Qualified Validator (NQV) requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor of Art or Bachelor of Science degree. (Preferred in IT, Engineering, or related).
• Eight (8) – Ten (10) years of experience in A&A and RMF support.
• Navy Qualified Validator (NQV) II certification
• eMASS proficiency
• Strong RMF expertise.
• Clearance:
  Secret.
• 8570 certification: IAM Level III.
