We are currently seeking a Data Management Specialist II who is ready to support our team. This position is located in Chesapeake, VA. Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with a team of Microsoft Power Platform developers in generating tools that create value for our client and stakeholders
• Effective in a dynamic environment that leverages Agile principles in project development
• Creates data visualizations in Power BI
• Performs exploratory data analysis to identify opportunities for RPA
• Administers a Microsoft SharePoint site and performs basic DBA functions in a Microsoft Dataverse
• Effectively prototype and test solutions to deliver minimum viable products for stakeholder feedback This is a full-time, salaried, exempt position.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or Software Engineering.

• Minimum of five years of experience in data management and reporting.

• Experience with database management systems such as SQL, Oracle, Sybase, or Microsoft Access preferred.

• Must be able to create pivot tables and visualizations in Excel

• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and data visualization tools is preferred. Education and Minimum General

Experience:

• A high school diploma with an IT certification such as Security+, Microsoft Access, Oracle, Sybase, or SQL requires a minimum of nine years of experience.

• An associate's degree with an IT certification requires a minimum of seven years of experience.

• A master's degree requires a minimum of three years of experience.

• A Ph.D. or doctorate degree requires a minimum of one year of experience. The incumbent of this position will be subject to a background investigation and will be required to maintain a Government granted security clearance.
