The M.C. Dean Maritime Division, based in Norfolk, VA, and San Diego, CA, supports shipyards worldwide. As part of our Alteration Installation Teams, you'll assist with C4
ISR system installations on ships and submarines, working on the waterfront with competitive compensation and benefits.
- Desired: BA or BS in Physical Science Engineering, MIS, or Business
- Required:
High School Diploma or GED
- Experience with Earned Value Management
- 0-2+ years in contract management, data collection, analysis, cost estimation, and reporting with a Bachelor's degree; 6+ years with a High School Diploma/GED
- Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations, DOD procurement policies, and procedures
- Mainly based in Norfolk, VA, with potential travel to other shipyards and Navy ports domestically and internationally
- Work at government facilities; eligibility for security clearance required
- Must pass background check
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
- Extended computer screen exposure and sitting
- Reach and finger dexterity for manipulating objects and using a keyboard
- Effective listening, speaking, reading, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to understand and interpret spoken and written information
