The Opportunity

Join CACI as the prime contractor on a growing program supporting NAVSEA 03D3 Digital Program Office as a Senior Systems Administrator supporting the Navy Maintenance and Modernization Enterprise Solution (NMMES), a mission-critical program that supports over 45,000 users executing naval ship and submarine maintenance operations worldwide.

Responsibilities
  • Organize and direct the configuration and operation of information management systems
  • Direct the work of other system administrators to provide day-to-day system administration
  • Lead system and resource optimization efforts
  • Conduct capacity and performance analysis
  • Provide system configuration change and upgrade recommendations
  • Increase system administrator efficiency through automated tools and scripts
  • Develop system administration procedures
  • Conduct system administrator training and skills assessment
  • Oversee enterprise-wide system operations
  • Lead implementation of security controls and compliance measures
  • Manage complex system integrations
  • Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior administrators
Qualifications Required
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • At least 10 years of experience in system administration within DoD/Navy programs
  • Extensive knowledge of system administration principles and practices
  • Experience leading technical teams
  • Strong understanding of enterprise IT operations
  • Proven track record of system optimization and automation
  • Experience with performance analysis and capacity planning
Desired

Pay Range

The proposed salary range for this position is: $105,100-$231,100. CACI is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
