• CACI is seeking a Systems Administrator to join our team in Fort Meade, MD. This position, under general supervision, assists users with government databases, software, and systems. You will also support the Tier I and Tier II level help desk to perform first contact resolution of Help Desk calls/tickets that relate to software issues. Candidates will be required to work an 8-hour shift from the Fort Meade location during core hours of 6:00am – 4:00pm.

Required

• • Active clearance: TS/SCI with Poly
• • Bachelor’s degree (Preferred in a technical discipline)
• US Citizen with the ability to obtain/maintain a security clearance.
• IAT Level I (A+-CE, Network+CE, SSCP, CCNA-Security)
• Prior Systems Administrator experience (2+ years)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Desired

• • IAT Level I and IAT Level II (GSEC, Security+CE)
• Prior Systems Administrator experience (5+ years)
• Prior Help Desk experience (1-2 years).

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$90,300-$189,600
