A General Manager (GM) oversees a Domino’s store’s daily operations, drives strategic growth, and ensures departmental efficiency and profitability. The GM leads all aspects of store operation, ensuring consistent delivery of outstanding customer service, high‑quality products and operational excellence, while fostering a positive, motivating environment that promotes team development.

- Operate and troubleshoot technology (POS, ATS, etc.)
- Minimum one year of General Manager experience in a fast‑paced service environment
- Basic operational procedures and cost‑management capabilities
- Experience in recruiting, retaining and developing multiple employees
- Ability to lead and promote team members and food safety protocols
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to operate and troubleshoot technology (POS, ATS, etc.)
- Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record (preferred)
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Fast‑food/quick‑service restaurant experience preferred
- High school equivalent education level
- Proven ability to lead by example and ensure accountability within a team
- Strong problem–solving and customer‑concern resolution skills
- Strong decision‑making and conflict‑resolution abilities
- Ability to set goals and develop plans to achieve them
- Experience managing a P&L, food cost and labor (accurate and quick calculations)
- Excellent verbal, written and communication skills
