Location:
Norfolk, VA (branch manages projects throughout the Mid-Atlantic market)
Salary: $120,000–$140,000 annually + bonus

Position OverviewAs Operations Manager, you will take ownership of daily operational functions, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, on budget, and at the highest standard. Working directly with the Branch Manager, you’ll lead teams, optimize processes, and drive results that keep this branch at the forefront of the market.
What You’ll Do- Lead day-to-day branch operations: scheduling, project execution, safety, and quality.
- Manage labor, equipment, and materials for maximum efficiency and profitability.
- Support financial performance by monitoring costs and operational KPIs.
- Mentor and develop project managers, superintendents, and field crews.
- Drive a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
- Build and manage vendor/subcontractor relationships.
- Partner with leadership to implement systems and process improvements.
- 10+ years of commercial roofing experience, with strong system knowledge (single-ply, BUR, coatings, metal, modified, etc.).
- Proven success managing operations for a large-scale roofing contractor.
- Strong leadership and people-management skills.
- Experience in cost control, scheduling, and operational efficiency.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and safety focus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software.
- Spanish proficiency a plus but not required.
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent industry experience).
Compensation & Perks- $120,000–$140,000 annual salary (based on experience).
