32 Cleaning Group is looking for a Team Captain (Cleaning Supervisor) to help lead our residential cleaning crew, maintain quality standards, and make sure every job is completed with excellence.
This is more than a cleaning position, you’ll be a leader, coach, problem-solver, and the person your team can count on.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and support residential cleaning crew in the field
- Make sure residential spaces meet Blue
32 quality standards - Inspect completed work and address quality issues
- Train and coach team members
- Help keep jobs on schedule and communicate updates to management
- Communicate professionally with clients and team members
- Help solve problems quickly and professionally
- Ensure cleaning supplies and equipment are ready
- Lead by example with professionalism, reliability, and a strong work ethic
