We are looking for an Area Leader to work in our Butchery Department on day shift, working Monday to Friday. You will be responsible for a team producing high quality product to the required standards.

Job requirements of Butchery Area Leader:
  • Experience with in a food manufacturing environment.
  • Butchery experience ideal, however not essential.
  • Self-motivated and able to motivate other members of the team.
  • Troubleshooting – identify any issues ahead of them arising and take appropriate action.
  • Driven to achieve the production efficiency targets.
  • Maintain high production quality and safety standards.
    • What you will need:
  • Confidence and experience working within a fast paced food manufacturing environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and a good level of written and verbal English.
  • Level 2 food hygiene/safety certification.
    • Pay and benefits:
