General Production Worker
We're looking for dependable, hard-working individuals to join our team as General Production Workers . No sampling experience is required. If you have experience in production, warehouse, manufacturing, construction, labor, maintenance, equipment operation, or other hands-on work, we want to hear from you.

What You'll DoClean and maintain industrial equipment and work areas
Use hand tools and power tools safely
Remove material buildup and keep equipment operating efficiently
Monitor equipment and report issues
Record basic production and operational data
Perform general labor and housekeeping duties
Follow safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO)
Work both independently and as part of a team
Assist with production and material handling operations
Support daily terminal and equipment operations
Previous experience in manufacturing, warehouse, construction, production, maintenance, or industrial environments preferred
Ability to work safely and follow instructions
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Basic computer and data entry skills
Ability to lift, walk, climb stairs and ladders, and work outdoors
Comfortable working in varying weather conditions
Willingness to work rotating 12-hour shifts, including nights and weekends

Schedule Training Period (Up to 90 Days):Monday-Friday
7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Rotating 12-hour shifts (days and nights)
Built-in days off throughout the rotation
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Norfolk, VA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
