Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Content Specialist to join our team at our Norfolk, VA office. The Content Specialist will be responsible for writing and managing web content, developing and implementing content strategies, and producing engaging copy for the web and social media platforms to enhance our digital presence. Key responsibilities include crafting, revising, and optimizing content, managing content across platforms, and collaborating with team members to ensure cohesive messaging.

This is an on-site role that offers an opportunity to contribute within a supportive legal practice environment.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Web Content Writing, Writing, and Content Strategy.
  • Proficiency in Communication and collaboration to effectively work with team members and external stakeholders.
  • Experience with Content Management systems and related tools.
  • Ability to create engaging and audience-appropriate content to elevate digital presence.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in legal or professional services settings is a plus.
