RN Traveler Med​/Surg

Position: RN Traveler Contract Med/Surg
Traveler assignment to work 14 weeks, full time Temporary,
** Night shift**.
** Education
* * Associates, Bachelors, Masters, or diploma in the Nursing Field required
** Certification/Licensure
*** Virginia or Compact Multi-State License in good standing
* Basic Life Support (BLS)
** Experience
* * Must have two or more years of current acute care hospital RN experience.**$65 Pay rate
**** Department Overview
** This is a brand new state of the art 24 bed unit that offers a wide variety of medical diagnosis from CHF, COPD, Sepsis, Pneumonia, Diabetes, Stroke, end of life to name a few, with specialty in caring for those with chronic blood disorders such as Sickle Cell.  You will also become very knowledgeable in procedures such as wound vacs, high risk medication infusions, telemetry, trach care, chest tubes, peritoneal dialysis, etc.
5 to 6:1 Patient to Nurse ratio
